Sea Mosaics and Tile was created in 2008 our of tile that was imported by our other company Cebu Imports.  In 2007 Jason Dragon was living in Cebu Philippines while still running Capital Active and Emerald Computers here in Arizona.  He found a large number of really nice items that were made in the Cebu area of the Philippines.  In mid 2007 we received a large order for some really nice stone tile.  We imported it, a process that took about 2 months, and when it arrived in Arizona the buyer was out of business, closed down by the IRS.

For a few months we tried to find another wholesaler to carry and sell this line of products but by early 2008 it was clear that a small niche product line like this did not have a place in the mega wholesalers during this down economy.  We decided to sell the tile on our own, and so we created Sea Mosaics and Tile, SeaMaT for short.  In late 2008 the company that was storing the tile closed down their warehouse and we were forced to put the tile in storage.  It was a hard few years for the tile business and we decided to put things on hold for a while.  Then in Early 2011 our main company Emerald Computers bought a new large warehouse for the sale and production of computers, and we decided to buy one that was large enough to move our entire SeaMaT inventory into.  This was completed in May of 2011, and we have decided that liquidating this tile will be one of our main priorities.
